Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for IT positions through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review and evaluate resumes to match skills, experience, and qualifications with client requirements.
- Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Follow up with candidates after interviews, provide feedback, and maintain regular communication until closure and keep it touch with the candidate till and post joining.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations and final confirmations.
- Keep the candidate database in the ATS updated with accurate and complete information.
- Participate in internal calls to understand requirements and priorities clearly.
- Maintain candidate pipeline for future needs.
Must-Have Qualifications / Skills
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment for 2–3 years.
- Should have a attitude of working on any requirement.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Ability to screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Good understanding of common IT roles, skills, and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skills for handling offers and closing positions.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Experience using ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
