Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), networking, and innovative methods.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical, cultural, and role fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closures.
  • Generate and present reports on hiring metrics and progress to HR leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing/HR teams for employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Counsel candidates on job roles, compensation, and company culture.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and suggest new sourcing strategies.
