Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), networking, and innovative methods.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical, cultural, and role fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closures.
- Generate and present reports on hiring metrics and progress to HR leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing/HR teams for employer branding and talent attraction.
- Counsel candidates on job roles, compensation, and company culture.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and suggest new sourcing strategies.
